I guess the same thing happened when Clinton got elected, so Obama shouldn't take it personally, I guess.
So, go stock up before those liberal, elitist, effeminate Democrats take away your guns!!

I guess it's one way to stimulate the economy.
The second amendment is there for a reason, and despite the fact that many of us are very unhappy about the role that firearms have played in both our history and in our culture, the right to private gun ownership (the well-regulated militia issue notwithstanding) was considered ALMOST as important as freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, and the right to assemble and petition the government for the regress of grievances. So even though those rights come first, they also have to share an amendment; while the gun owners get one all to themselves.
